What to include
A concise report should include the full route, the edition context if the issue concerns the 2011 or 2026 record, and a direct source link where one exists. For an achievement issue, include the exact achievement name. For a media issue, include the still, video or manifest label. This detail makes it possible to compare the report with the structured record instead of changing a page from a general impression.
Accessibility reports are welcome. Describe the viewport, keyboard path, screen-reader output or contrast problem and the control that failed. The site’s checklist, search, gallery, version switcher and video facades are intended to remain usable by keyboard and on small screens, and a concrete reproduction is the quickest route to a fix.
Official support
For account, purchase, download, platform or technical issues, use the official support path on the game’s Steam record. The Contact route does not collect game accounts, payment details or support tickets. It is a reference-site contact boundary only, and it should not be used for information that belongs with the publisher, platform or developer.
